Originally a transplant from Florida and Northern California, I have now found myself in Northern Colorado raising a family and thriving as a stay at home mom. I have worked in the research industry for over 20 years and also am a long time certified yoga teacher and practitioner.
My food journey started with chain restaurants such as Chili’s and Outback steakhouse and eventually finding myself working in fine dining making big bucks and serving challenging and friendly high dollar clientele. Fun facts I once served Kanye West at the St Regis in San Francisco but he never spoke to me, only through his friends! I also served Tim Robbins and he is a very kind and tall man!
I have a passion for food and service and I do these things well. It is my hope to help the food industry in Fort Collins and Northern Colorado to thrive and to be better for our community.
